Taking Control of Your Finances for Women
Did you know that women today:
- Hold 46% of management and professional jobs?
- Represent nearly 16% of all corporate officers in the Fortune 500?
- One in 11 women is an entrepreneur?
- Nearly half of all privately-held U.S. firms are 50% or more women-owned?
- Comprise 1.3 million of the top wealth-holders, with a combined net worth of almost $1.8 trillion?
- 43% of those with $500,000+ in financial assets are women?
- Control almost 60% of wealth in the United States?
But, there is still progress to be made:
- 76% wish they had learned more about investing growing up!
- 63% do not understand how a mutual fund works!
- Only 52% have invested for retirement!
Today, every woman – single or married, widowed or divorced – needs to plan ahead for personal and family security. And, more than anything else, this requires that women take control of their finances today.
At CB3 Financial Group, we believe that knowledge is power. We offer various seminars to the community to educate our audience and encourage them to become more aware of the many options they may have to increase their financial well-being. With knowledge comes the confidence to make informed decisions about your financial future.
We are offering four financial management workshops for women in the upcoming months. Each workshop is held over two sessions. The first workshop is scheduled for April 22nd and April 29th. The other is scheduled on April 26th and May 4th. Both are hosted and held at the Geneva Park District in Geneva, IL. Our other two seminars are hosted by the South Elgin Parks and Recreation Department in South Elgin, IL. The first seminar will be held on May 6th and May 13th and the other on May 10th and May 17th. For more information on our workshops, please call our office.
